The 3 U’s of FOMO addresses how FOMO can make people feel unpopular, uninteresting, and unworthy. This interactive infographic informs young people of “Victim FOMO” and “Rescuer FOMO”, and advises how they can respond to FOMO in social circles. Upon completion of the learning resources within this interactive infographic, learners will be more equipped to recognise different scenarios that can cause FOMO, and how to examine these scenarios to build their resilience when feelings of FOMO arise.
