Social Media and Popularity

The Social Media and Popularity infographic aspires to provide information to young people and support them in critically reflecting on how they use social media and how a person’s popularity is measured through social networks which can have a negative impact on their mental health and wellbeing. This infographic will support young people to learn to recognize the “symptoms” and finally, discover ways that will allow them to negate the negative impact of social media in creating feelings of FOMO.
