JOMO stands for the Joy of Missing Out, and the interactive infographic in this thematic area introduces young people to this concept, and supports them to turn their FOMO to JOMO. It aims to achieve this by identifying methodologies that can lessen feelings of FOMO, and encouraging young people to recognise and appreciate the benefits of JOMO.
